Ken Hansing House Dedication

Date: 9/25/2010 12:00 PM
Ken
Hansing served for many years as the President of our GA Delta Alumni
Board.
One of Ken's primary goals as President was to pay off the mortgage on
our
house. Unfortunately, Ken died last fall before realizing that dream.

However, Ken's dream was not forgotten. This September we will pay off
the
mortgage and that beautiful home at 327 S. Milledge will always be ours.

On behalf of our undergraduates and the Alumni Board, I invite you to
come to
the house on Saturday, September 25th to celebrate this accomplishment
and
dedicate the house to Ken. That Saturday our Dawgs will be playing Miss
State
in Starkville so traffic and parking won't be an issue.

We are going to plan the celebration to start at noon regardless of the
game time
so that we can have a ceremony, eat some food, and then go in the house
to
watch the Dawgs on TV.

Ken's wife, Vic, will be in attendance which will give many of us the
opportunity to celebrate Ken's life and work on behalf of SigEp. We hope
you'll
mark your calendars and make plans to be there.

Justin Leef, VP of Communication for our undergrads, is your point of
contact
for RSVPs. His email is as follows: jleef89@gmail.com.
